TZCE designed and manufactured first domestic 36MN stainless extrusion line for Changshu WALSIN Special Steel Ltd which is the individual proprietorship of WALSIN Lihwa Corp.

After 2 years' study, design, manufacture and commissioning, its hot trial has successfully started on 21th Aug. 2010 and qualified 304 pipe with Ф76×7mm extruded. This extrusion line is fully developed by TZCE which including first and second induction furnace (vertical type), 16MN hydraulic pusher, 36MN extruder, descaler, auto discharge system, oil pump, anticipation station, Nitrogen compress station, electrical and automation control system, and other equiped tools.

This extrusion line is for production of stainless pipe and special alloy seamless pipe with dia. Range 45～219mm, WT range 3.5～30mm. Its steel grade mostly are Austenite stainless, some are Ferrite, Martensite, Austenite- Ferrite, heat endurable steel, Nickel alloy, Titanium alloy And products are supercritical high-pressure boiler pipe, nuclear power pipe, high grade oil pipe, industrial pipe which both meet the standard of China and internation standard DIN, EN, JISG.
