The seamless steel pipe hot rolling and extrusion forming equipment developed by Tongze Heavy Industry can produce seamless steel pipes with a diameter of Φ32mm to Φ1500mm and a wall thickness of 3.2mm to 200mm.

After more than a decade of independent innovation and hard work, Tongze Heavy Industry has taken the lead in achieving the localization and industrialization of major complete technology equipment for continuous rolling pipes. The Φ114mm two-roll continuous rolling pipe production line won the first prize for technological progress in Taiyuan City, the Φ250mm two-roll continuous rolling pipe production line won the first prize for technological progress in Shanxi Province, and the Φ366mm three-roll continuous rolling pipe unit was recognized as a national key new product. It exported the Φ180mm continuous rolling pipe unit to India, achieving a breakthrough in the export of major domestic seamless steel pipe technology equipment. It successfully developed a 36MN extrusion pipe production line for stainless steel, which was recognized as a national key new product. In 2018, the domestically produced TMH20/15MN diameter forging machine with intellectual property rights successfully passed the hot test and was smoothly put into production.
