Chong Steel Φ 114 mm seamless pipe production line is being installed.
The Φ 114 mm seamless pipe production line designed and supplied by TZCE begins delivery since the end of 2017. As per plan, the installation is completed at the end of June, 2018. The trial happens in August,2018.
The production line consists of piercer area, MPM area, SRM area, cooling bed area, finishing area, 5 parts. The MPM selects the 2 rolls and 6 stands with reliable and steady rolling. The pressing down type is hydraulic pressing down with the quick opening in line function. The project has the most advanced control technology nowadays and our own intellectual property.

OD:Φ38~Φ114mm, WT: 3.5~14mm, length 4~12m.
Output: 150,000 tons/year
